The EDCH Online website provides real time access to clients’ roaming business data (i.e. TAP file processing status, subscriber statistical analysis and financial data). It is a scalable system conformed to open platforms in a manner that provides secure, up to date information, around the clock. The available reports are presented in a user-friendly format and are useful for monitoring daily operations. Reports include details of roamer distribution, traffic usage analysis, MTC/MOC/GPRS calls (inbound and outbound), MO/MT SMS, month end invoicing and financial clearing. All reports can be downloaded for printing etc. Access to EDCH Online is password protected and secured via HTTPS (SSL).Furthermore, all user activity is logged EDCH Online reports can contain information related to a client’s network as well as their roaming partners’ networks. Additionally, customized reports can be developed as per client requirements.
