EDCH provides detailed high usage reports on a daily basis for cleared export
and import files, giving Clients the tool to monitor any abnormal or high usage
calls made over a period of 24 hours. We have also taken into consideration
the requirements of our clients and have developed a comprehensive fraud report,
detailing high consumption calls made across neighbouring countries by its client's
subscribers over a period of 24 hours. The report lists the subscribers who
exceed their consumption limit across the PLMN networks.
The report provides information in IMSI, total calls, total duration and total amount per subscriber.
MANAGEMENT REPORTING
EDCH generates daily and monthly MIS/Trend reports, which are accessible and
available through our EDCH online access service,
in addition to their daily automatic dispatch via EDI. Each TAP file received
at EDCH from a Client or partner operator will be processed on a daily basis
and the following reports will be generated:
l Validation report for error in TAP files
l Transfer report for valid TAP files
l Suspected fraud report
l Consolidated fraud report
l Control report for valid TAP files
l Exception report
l Any customised reports.
EDCH maintains a transaction records database and does reconciliation of data
once in a calendar month to provide the management report associated with each
Roaming Partner. Monthly reports submitted to Client are:
l Import/export call summary
l Import invoice changes summary
l Export invoice changes summary
l Financial settlement statement
EDCH Online Service is an online access facility that offer statistical analysis,
file status inquiry and financial management reports. It is a scalable system
conformed to open platforms in a manner that provides security, up to date and
reliable information round the clock to our Clients. EDCH Online Service provides
critical information in the form of queries and reports on the roamer distribution,
traffic usage analysis, MTC/MOC calls and financial reports. The data is available
for analysis and isolation of file problems by format, content, software version,
etc. The analysis module allows data to be queried in reports.
EDCH Online Service is thorough enough to guarantee privacy, integrity and protection of data. This is ensured by means of sophisticated authentication, audit and logging control.
