EDCH will be providing training on all aspect of roaming including all necessary documentation involved in Roaming agreements as part of the initial training. This training will cover topics such as GSM - The history, GSM Roaming and GSM Roaming Accounting and Settlement.
EDCH is able to provide training that is specifically tailor-made to cater to each Client's own requirements. Courses may be conducted either in-house or at a Client's own site.
Furthermore, in collaboration with Etisalat Academy, over 170 courses in both technical and non-technical subjects are available through its state of the art development centre. Courses are run throughout the year and are repeated periodically to suit every schedule.
